Emma K. Watson, 23, of 736 Long Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melinda A. McGloin, 52, of 256 Flanders Road, Apt. 103, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Wellington N. Thompson, 66, of 16 Ledgewood Road, Groton Town, was charged Tuesday with failure to have tail lamps and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Alex K. Peterson, 27, of 74 Mather Ave. was charged Saturday on a warrant for first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree assault.

Jonathan L. Morrison, 23, of 67 Hempstead St., No. 3, New London, was charged Dec. 11 with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Preston L. Bussey, 39, of 27 Paul Revere Road, No. 8, was charged Dec. 8 with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended and stop sign violation.

Jordyn T. Ritchie, 26, of 355 Long Hill Road, No. 53, was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance or more than a half ounce of marijuana, and second-degree breach of peace.

Anthony M. Smith, 28, of 649 Buddington Road was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Naliseanna M. Colon, 19, of 39 Firethorn Ave., was charged Dec. 16 with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault, and third-degree assault.

Daniel A. Baylis, 20, of 39 Firethorn Ave. was charged Dec. 16 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Jason A. Wise, 40, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Nov. 29 in Montville on a warrant for first-degree escape.
