    East Lyme

    Julia R. Ecklord, 23, of Gainesville, Fla., was charged Thursday with unreasonable speed and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

    Groton City

    Kelsie I. Sampson, 27, of 16 Division St., No. 2N, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis-first offense, and drug paraphernalia.

    New London

    Tristen R. Heller, 25, of 63 Connecticut Ave. was charged Wednesday with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to obey stop sign.

    Miguel A. Costa, 30, of 21 Litton Ave., Groton, was charged Wednesday with two counts of violation of probation.

    Norwich

    Alexis Flores, 20, of 57 Platt Ave. was charged Friday with driving under suspension.

    Youri Chancy, 21, of 23 Pond St., C, was charged Feb. 18 with breach of peace.

    Dawn A. Poirier, 38, of 110 Geer Ave. was charged Feb. 18 with breach of peace.

    State police - Montville

    Aletha Stone, 44, of 74 N. Main St., Apt. A, was charged Thursday in Griswold with violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

    Daniel A. Wetherby, 53, of Jewett City was charged Monday in Griswold with third-degree assault and breach of peace. 

    Jody Giguere, 50, of Manchester was charged Feb. 8 in East Lyme on a warrant with violation of probation.

    Waterford

    Andrew Brennan, 26, of 10 James Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, failure to submit to fingerprinting, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call, threatening and violation of a protective order.

    Edwin Hernandez-Vazquez, 26 of 575 Bank St., New London, was charged Thursday with failure to maintain lane, misuse of plates, driving with a suspended licensed and having no insurance.
