    Groton Town 

    Amber Lahue, 20, of 255 Williams St., New London, was charged Monday with carrying a dangerous weapon, sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, and assault on a public safety, EMT, transit or healthcare worker.

    Courtney R. Delaura, 26, of 20 School St., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jamal A. Lawson, 29, of Cranston, R.I., was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance or more than a half ounce of cannabis and second-degree larceny.

    Donte Wilson, 27, of Plainfield, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with an officer/resisting.

    Jason Jones, 38, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, No. 18a, Norwich, was charged Saturday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and interfering with an officer/resisting.

    Javon M. Petteway, 23, of Waterbury, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of less than a half ounce of cannabis.

    Neshon J. Jowers, 39, of 514 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to obey stop sign, and operating a motor vehicle without license.

    John T. Delapara, 47, of 9 Rumble Drive, Ledyard, was charged Friday with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Timothy J. Wallace, 60, of 144 High Rock Road, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Mitchell R. Heinrichs, 39, of 173 Route 12, No. 223, was charged Thursday with failure to use turn signal, operating motor vehicle under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast, disobeying signal of officer, and interfering with officer/resisting.

    Susan A. Reay, 60, of 112 Georgia St., was charged Thursday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Chad M. Adams, 26, of 229 Boswell Ave., No. 7, Norwich, was charged March 17 with operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Kentel A. Robinson, 29, of New Haven, was charged March 17 with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle. failure to display plates/inserts, driving without minimum insurance, and operating motor vehicle under suspension.

    Kanaji T. Jones, 19, of Hamden, was charged March 17 with use of drug paraphernalia and sale of hallucinogen/narcotic.

    Erin K. Vincent, 31, of 388 N. Stonington Road, Stonington, was charged March 17 with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and drinking while driving.

    Randall C. Holman, 24, of 388 Long Hill Road, was charged March 16 with disorderly conduct and three counts of violation of protective order.

    Desiree D. Boston, 38, of 11 Ephraims Path, Mashantucket, was charged March 16 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Katherine G. James, 25, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Saturday in North Stonington with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
