Samuel Jones, 34, of 62 West St., New London, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

Carmen Reyes, 44, of 187 Huntington St., New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jeffrey Howe, 60, of Glastonbury, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

John Palladino, 28, of 100 School St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.
