Darrell E. Earley, 55, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court and Saturday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Jamie L. Short, 43, of 3 Benjamin Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with violation of protective order.
Groton Town
Michael J. Roy, 18, of 54 Oslo St., Mystic, was charged Wednesday with possession of alcohol by minor in public or private location other than public street or highway, second-degree breach of peace, creating a public disturbance and third-degree assault.
Gilmer Y. Orozco, 23, of East Haven, was charged May 15 with driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license, and failure to drive in proper lane.
Ashly McFarline, 33, of Waterbury was charged May 13 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Donovan Baker, 27, of 237 Ledyard St., was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, breach of peace, first-degree failure to appear in court and seven counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Patricia Georges, 26, of 18 E. Pratte Ave. was charged Thursday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.
Alyssa A. Urbinati, 26, of 222 W. Thames St. was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.
Jeffrey E. Easterling, 42, of 133 Rockwell St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Yolanda Mendez, 42, of 1981 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged May 12 with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.
Daniel B. Carpenter, 55, of 1695 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged May 16 with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to keep prescription narcotics in original container.
