    High school soccer roundup: Keenan’s hat trick lifts Wolves past Wildcats

    Montville — Noah Keenan had three goals and an assist for the Montville High School boys’ soccer team in a 6-2 victory Tuesday over Old Lyme.

    Ryan Hochdorfer added two goals and an assist for the Wolves (5-6-3), Nolan Muncaster a goal and an assist and Eli Klusek and Chris Baukus had an assist each. Logan Leonard made five saves in the win.

    Brendan Landry and Sebastian Lopez-Bravo scored for Old Lyme (2-12-1), which also got assists from Colman Curtiss-Reardon and Ian Maeby.

    In other games:

    • Cody Rahmann had two goals and an assist to help Lyman Memorial defeat Norwich Tech 4-1. Calvin Sammarco and Nick Zaprianov each added a goal and an assist for the Bulldogs (7-3-3) and James Hiltz had eight saves in the win.

    • The Williams School defeated Oxford Academy 3-0, getting goals from Finn McCann, Erick Lopez Baigts and Auggie Knott. Goalie Drew Kocaca finished with seven saves to earn the shutout and was aided by the defensive effort of Henry Gallagher.

    Girls

    • Adyson Wiseman scored the game-tying goal for Waterford with 21 minutes remaining as the Lancers finished in a 1-1 deadlock against Morgan. Victoria Sturm added eight saves for Waterford (9-1-3).

    • Maggie Dykes had two goals and an assist for Ledyard in a 3-0 victory over Killingly/Tourtellotte. Alanah Maranzano scored off a corner by Dykes in the first half to give the Colonels the lead and Dykes scored twice in the second half. Vanessa Syphrett and Victoria Vidal each had an assist and Jess Dudley earned the shut out for Ledyard (6-6-2).

    • Eva Terwilliger scored three times for Stonington in a 7-0 defeat of Plainfield. Maya Terwilliger had a goal and assist for the Bears (9-5) and Ladleigh Hargus, Madison Hubbard and Ainslie Zagol added goals. Payton Stone posted the shutout in goal.

    • Morgan Riley scored the game’s only goal on an assist from Hadley Jones as Wheeler edged St. Bernard 1-0. Lily White made eight saves, including stopping a penalty kick for Wheeler (5-7-2), which was backed by the defense of Zoe Browne. St. Bernard is 3-8-3.
